Coloque a  água aos pouquinhos e vá mexendo. &lt;/DIV&gt; &lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt; &lt;DIV&gt;O óleo (aproximadamente 1 xícara de chá) deve ser colocado depois que a  massa apresentar uma característica especial: quando não grudar mais na  mão,Coloque aos poucos e amasse novamente.&lt;/DIV&gt; &lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt; &lt;DIV&gt;Quanto mais sovar a massa, melhor fica o bolinho (parece pão italiano,  hummmmm qualquer dia vou fazer)&lt;/DIV&gt; &lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt; &lt;DIV&gt;Para saber se a massa está no ponto ideal para fritar, verifique se quando  você enrola a massa ela não rachar dos lados. &lt;/DIV&gt; &lt;DIV&gt;Acabando de fazer a massa, não deixe muito tempo sem enrolá-la porque ela  resseca muito (por causa da farinha-de-milho).&lt;/DIV&gt; &lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt; &lt;DIV&gt;Agora o recheio:&lt;/DIV&gt; &lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt; &lt;DIV&gt;Depois de pôr a carne, coloque&amp;nbsp;sal a gosto, pimenta-do-reino, limão  cravo, cebolinha, salsa e cebola de cabeça. &lt;/DIV&gt; &lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt; &lt;DIV&gt;Não esqueça de um pouquinho de óleo para ela ficar mais úmida dentro do  bolinho. Enrole em seguida, tente deixar a carne moída no lado de dentro. Mas esteja  prevenida, ele rende bem mas se houver alguém bom-de-boca à mesa, você terá de  fazer mais hihihi. (a receita dá uns 30 e poucos, dependendo da generosidade na  colher)&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt; &lt;DIV&gt;&lt;FONT face=Arial size=2&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT  size=3&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt; &lt;DIV&gt;&lt;FONT face=Arial size=2&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT size=3&gt;Bolinho de  abobrinha&lt;BR&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;  &lt;BR&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt; &lt;DIV&gt;&lt;FONT face=Arial size=2&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt; &lt;DIV&gt;&lt;FONT face=Arial size=2&gt;3 abobrinhas italianas&lt;BR&gt;1 cebola média  ralada&lt;BR&gt;2 ovos inteiros&lt;BR&gt;2 xícaras (chá) de farinha de trigo&lt;BR&gt;Pimenta do  reino a gosto&lt;BR&gt;1 colher (chá) de fermento em pó&lt;BR&gt;1 xícara (chá) de cheiro  verde picado&lt;BR&gt;1 tomate picado (com a pele as sementes) &lt;BR&gt;1/2 pimentão verde  picado&lt;BR&gt;Sal a gosto&amp;nbsp;(tente não por muito, ou poderá ficar meio  picante)&lt;BR&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt; &lt;DIV&gt;&lt;FONT face=Arial size=2&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Modo de preparar:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt; &lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt; &lt;DIV&gt;Rale as abobrinhas com casca e tudo. Esprema para sair toda a água. &lt;/DIV&gt; &lt;DIV&gt;Numa vasilha, coloque a abobrinha ralada a e espremida, junte a cebola, os  ovos, a farinha de trigo, a pimenta do reino, o fermento, o cheiro verde, o  tomate, o pimentão e acerte o sal. Misture tudo com uma colher. Deve ficar uma  massa bem molinha.&lt;/DIV&gt; &lt;DIV&gt;Frite em colheradas no óleo quente até dourar dos dois lados. Aquecer a manteiga com a  pimenta-malagueta em uma frigideira bem grande. Assim que ela começar a ferver,  acrescentar o agrião. Lavar e cortar a  abóbora em pedaços (sem tirar a casca) e retirar as sementes. Distribuir a  abóbora em uma assadeira, cobrir com papel-alumínio e levar&amp;nbsp;para assar por  50 minutos, ou até a abóbora ficar macia. Retirar do forno e descascar a  abóbora. Em seguida, passar pelo espremedor de batatas, recolhendo o purê numa  panela. &lt;BR&gt;Adicionar o azeite de oliva, o iogurte, o alho e o sal e cozinhar,  sem parar de mexer, em&amp;nbsp;fogo alto, por 5 minutos, ou até aparecer o fundo da  panela. Retirar do fogo, junter o cream cheese e misturar até ficar homogêneo.  Acrescentar os ovos, um a um, misturando bem&amp;nbsp;após cada adição. Adicionar a  farinha de trigo peneirada e misturar bem até adquirir uma consistência  aveludada. Despejar a massa em uma forma com furo no meio, com capacidade  para&amp;nbsp;2 litros, untada com a manteiga e polvilhada com a farinha de trigo.  Colocar em banho-maria e levar para assar por 50 minutos, ou até adquirir  consistência de pudim. Retire do fogo,  escorra as abobrinhas, passe na água fria e reserve.&lt;BR&gt;Bater no processador as  folhas de salsinha, o mel, o sal e a pimenta tabasco por 1 minuto.&lt;BR&gt;Adicionar  a ricota, bater por mais 15 segundos e reservar. &lt;/DIV&gt; &lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt; &lt;DIV&gt;Molho:&lt;BR&gt;Levar ao fogo uma panela com o azeite de oliva, o tomate, a  cebola, as ervas e o sal. Refogar até a cebola ficar macia, acertar o sal e  retirar do fogo.&lt;/DIV&gt; &lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt; &lt;DIV&gt;Montagem: &lt;BR&gt;Com uma faca pequena, retirar o miolo das abobrinhas e  rechear com o creme de salsinha. &lt;DIV&gt;&lt;FONT face=Arial size=2&gt;700 g de filet de linguado; &lt;BR&gt;sal a gosto (eu uso  só um pouquinho)&lt;BR&gt;sumo de 2 limões; &lt;BR&gt;2 colheres de sopa de manteiga;  &lt;BR&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt; &lt;DIV&gt;&lt;FONT face=Arial size=2&gt;E para o molho branco:&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt; &lt;DIV&gt;&lt;FONT face=Arial size=2&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt; &lt;DIV&gt;&lt;FONT face=Arial size=2&gt;400 ml de leite integral (aqui usei desnatado  reforçado com mais leite em pó, deu certinho); &lt;BR&gt;2 colheres de sopa de  alcaparras; &lt;BR&gt;2 colheres de sopa rasas de farinha; &lt;BR&gt;1 lata de creme de  leite&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt; &lt;DIV&gt;&lt;FONT face=Arial size=2&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt; &lt;DIV&gt;&lt;FONT face=Arial size=2&gt;Preparo:&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt; &lt;DIV&gt;&lt;FONT face=Arial size=2&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt; &lt;DIV&gt;&lt;FONT face=Arial size=2&gt;Tempere o linguado&amp;nbsp;com o sumo de limão e um  pouco de sal.&lt;BR&gt;Deixe&amp;nbsp;curtir por 30 minutos.&lt;BR&gt;Com uma colher de  manteiga&amp;nbsp;unte&amp;nbsp;caprichosamente o&amp;nbsp;pirex e, coloque o peixe, com a  outra colher de manteiga faça&amp;nbsp;bolinhas e distribua sobre os filets, leve ao  forno por +- 30 minutos, regando o peixe com o próprio molho.&lt;BR&gt;Leve  ao&amp;nbsp;fogo num tachinho a manteiga para derreter, junte a farinha mexa bem sem  deixar queimar.&lt;BR&gt;Adicione o leite misturado com&amp;nbsp;o creme de leite&amp;nbsp;e  mexa até engrossar.&lt;BR&gt;Retire o peixe do forno.&lt;BR&gt;Misture as alcaparras ao  molho branco e&amp;nbsp;derrame sobre o peixe.&lt;BR&gt;Polvilhe com um pouco de queijo  ralado&amp;nbsp; &lt;DIV&gt;Modo de Preparo&lt;/DIV&gt; &lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt; &lt;DIV&gt;Bata no liquidificador o leite, os ovos, a farinha e o óleo junto com o sal  até ficar cremoso &lt;BR&gt;e consistente. Numa frigideira aquecida e antiaderente,  faça os crepes, dourando cada lado da&lt;BR&gt;&amp;nbsp;massa. Junte meia banana picada e  uma colher de sobremesa de adoçante e canela a gosto e &lt;BR&gt;aqueça numa panela,  até que a banana se desmanche. Enquanto isso, grelhe as fatias de abacaxi numa frigideira&lt;BR&gt;antiaderente.  Reserve. Prepare um creme de queijo: junte o queijo cottage, a ricota, o  endro,&lt;BR&gt;&amp;nbsp;o sal e a pimenta-do-reino a gosto. Misture bem. &lt;/DIV&gt; &lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt; &lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR&gt;Montagem do Prato &lt;BR&gt;Corte dois quadrados de papel alumínio (com cerca  de 20cm de lado). Em cada quadrado, monte &lt;BR&gt;uma porção; sobre uma fatia de  abacaxi, disponha 1 tira de salmão dobrada; sobre o salmão, &lt;BR&gt;outra fatia de  abacaxi. Em seguida, o creme de queijo e novamente uma fatia de abacaxi.  &lt;BR&gt;Finalize com outra tira de salmão dobrada. &lt;BR&gt;Salpique endro sobre a  preparação, levante as pontas do papel alumínio e regue com metade &lt;BR&gt;do caldo  em que os filés de salmão ficaram marinando. Junte as pontas do papel alumínio e  &lt;BR&gt;enrole, fechando o "pacote". Com o restante dos ingredientes, monte mais uma  preparação. &lt;BR&gt;Coloque os dois "pacotes" numa assadeira e leve ao forno médio  (180ºC), preaquecido, por &lt;BR&gt;cerca de 15 minutos. Eu mesma  como isso toda semana.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt; &lt;DIV&gt;&lt;FONT face=Arial size=2&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt; &lt;DIV&gt;&lt;FONT face=Arial size=2&gt;Iogurte com Granola e Banana &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;FONT  face=Arial size=2&gt; &lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR&gt;Ingredientes&lt;/DIV&gt; &lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt; &lt;DIV&gt;2 bananas nanicas&lt;BR&gt;2 xícaras (chá) de iogurte natural diet&lt;BR&gt;1 colher  (sopa) de açúcar mascavo&lt;BR&gt;2 xícaras (chá) de cerejas sem caroço cortadas ao  meio&lt;BR&gt;1/4 xícara (chá) de granola&lt;/DIV&gt; &lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt; &lt;DIV&gt;Pique a banana grosseiramente. Misture com o iogurte, açúcar mascavo, 1 1/2  xícaras (chá) de cerejas e 1 xícara (chá) de granola. Coloque em tigelinhas e  polvilhe a granola restante. Corte as cenouras  em fatias finas e os damascos e tâmaras em pedacinhos. Acrescente-os à mistura.  Junte o grão de bico. Salpique com a  canela em pó, noz moscada e misture bem. Acrescente o óleo e misture novamente  muito bem. Coloque o mel e misture novamente para envolver toda a mistura com  mel. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt; &lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt; &lt;DIV&gt;&lt;FONT face=Arial size=2&gt;Forre 2 assadeiras (30 cm) com papel manteiga e  espalhe metade da granola em cada uma para fazer uma camada bem fina. Asse por  cerca de 30 minutos em forno pré aquecido em médio. Fique atento, pois apesar de  parecer úmida, a granola estará no ponto. Depois de esfriar ela ficará crocante.  Retire do forno e deixe esfriar. Fácil, delicioso e não engorda :) - Sanduíche natural de atum'/><author><name>Lucinha</name><uri>http://www.blogger.com/profile/00616336468721654808</uri><email>noreply@blogger.com</email><gd:image rel='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005#thumbnail' width='24' height='32' src='http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/2753/3225/1600/lucinha8.1.jpg'/></author><thr:total>0</thr:total></entry><entry><id>tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-35799943.post-116049100038565714</id><published>2006-10-10T07:35:00.000-07:00</published><updated>2006-10-10T07:36:40.396-07:00</updated><title type='text'>Um docinho light para começar - Pudim de Damasco</title><content type='html'>Pudim de damasco com creme inglês&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;  creme inglês&lt;br /&gt;1 gema &lt;br /&gt;1 xícara (chá) de leite desnatado &lt;br /&gt;3 colheres (sopa) de adoçante dietético em pó forno e fogão&lt;br /&gt;  pudim &lt;br /&gt;250 g de damasco seco picado&lt;br /&gt;4 colheres (sopa) de adoçante dietético em pó forno e fogão&lt;br /&gt;400 ml de leite desnatado &lt;br /&gt;3 ovos &lt;br /&gt;4 colheres (sopa) de leite desnatado em pó&lt;br /&gt;4 colheres (sopa) de maisena &lt;br /&gt;1 colher (sopa) de creme vegetal light&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; Modo de Preparo: &lt;br /&gt;Preaqueça o forno à temperatura média (180ºC). Leve ao fogo uma panela com o damasco, o adoçante e 100 ml de água e deixe cozinhar por 5 minutos, mexendo de vez em quando. Retire do fogo, transfira para o liquidificador, acrescente o leite, os ovos, o leite em pó e a maisena e bata por 3 minutos. Com o creme vegetal, unte 8 assadeiras, com capacidade para 150 ml cada uma. Despeje o creme e leve ao forno, em banho-maria, por 40 minutos, ou até o pudim ficar firme. Retire do forno e leve para gelar. Se preferir, use uma assadeira com capacidade para 1,5 litro. Creme inglês: peneire a ge¬ma sobre uma panela e adicione o leite e o adoçante. Leve ao fogo baixo e deixe cozinhar, sem parar de bater com um batedor manual, por 5 minutos, ou até encorpar. Retire do fogo e deixe esfriar. Desenforme os pudins e sirva com o creme inglês.
